This e-commerce website (the “Website”), available at https://tonsor-cie.com/en, is published by BELLATORIUS, which operates the Tonsor & Cie store, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €50,000, registered with the Toulouse Trade and Companies Register under number 845 080 894, whose registered office is at 31 rue Bouquières, 31000 Toulouse, France.
VAT number: FR60 845 080 894 (the “Company”).
BELLATORIUS sells the products presented in the online store (the “Products”). It also operates the Tonsor & Cie and Héritage Maison Tonsor salons and the events business presented on the Website (the “Services”).

A customer is any consumer within the meaning of the preliminary article of the French Consumer Code who wishes to purchase a Product or Service through the Website (the “Customer”).
The Company and the Customer are referred to together as the “Parties”.
Purpose of the terms of sale
These terms of sale (the “Terms”) define the rights and obligations of the Parties in relation to the sale of any Product by the Company to the Customer through the Website and the ordering of any Service by the Customer from the Company through the Website.
Any order for a Product or Service placed through the Website, together with all related services, is subject to these Terms without reservation. Placing an order on the Website therefore constitutes the Customer’s full acceptance of the Terms, which the Customer acknowledges having read before placing the order.
The Company reserves the right to adapt or amend the Terms at any time. The version applicable to an order is the version available on the Website when the order is placed.
Partial invalidity
If one or more provisions of the Terms are held to be invalid or declared invalid under a law or regulation or following a final decision of a competent court, the other provisions will remain in full force and effect.
No waiver
The Company’s failure to require performance of any provision of the Terms cannot be interpreted as a waiver of its right to rely subsequently on that total or partial failure to perform.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. This choice does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of habitual residence where those protections apply.

The competent courts are determined by the applicable statutory rules, including those protecting consumers; no exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts is imposed on you in breach of those rules.
Shipping, returns and services
Order preparation, transport and delivery charges are detailed in our shipping policy. The right of withdrawal, withdrawal form, returns and statutory guarantees are presented in our returns and refunds policy.
Salon bookings are also subject to the appointment, cancellation and lateness terms. Events are governed by the quotation and terms accepted for the event concerned.

If a prior written complaint remains unresolved to your satisfaction, you may, as a consumer, refer the dispute free of charge to BELLATORIUS’s designated consumer mediator: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France.
You can refer a dispute to CM2C online at www.cm2c.net, by post to the address above, or by email to declarer-un-litige@cm2c.net. Include evidence of your prior complaint and BELLATORIUS’s SIREN number: 845 080 894.
Your request must be submitted within one year of your written complaint to BELLATORIUS, subject to the other statutory admissibility conditions. Mediation is optional for you and does not prevent you from bringing proceedings before the competent court.
