Appointments: cancellations and late arrivals

This information applies to appointments at the Tonsor & Cie salon, 31 rue Bouquières, Toulouse, and HÉRITAGE Maison Tonsor, 15 bis place Wilson, Toulouse, operated by BELLATORIUS, a French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with share capital of €50,000, SIREN 845 080 894, whose registered office is at 31 rue Bouquières, 31000 Toulouse, France.

Rescheduling or cancelling an appointment

To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours before it starts, using the method indicated in your booking confirmation, by email at hello@tonsor-cie.com or by telephone on +33 5 61 55 02 31.

For cancellations less than 24 hours before the appointment or a failure to attend, the stated cancellation fee is 100% of the price of the booked service, including VAT. It may only be applied if this condition and its amount were presented to you and accepted before your booking was confirmed. Any amounts already collected for the same service are taken into account to avoid double charging.

If you arrive late

Please arrive at the scheduled time. If your late arrival prevents us from carrying out the service properly within the remaining time, the appointment may be cancelled. The same 100% fee applies only if this situation was expressly covered by the terms accepted when booking. A delay that still allows the service to be provided does not, on its own, trigger this fee.

Your rights remain applicable

These terms do not limit your right of withdrawal where applicable, or the effects of a force majeure event meeting the statutory conditions. They do not allow a manifestly disproportionate charge to be imposed on you. You may contact us to explain the circumstances of your request or to dispute any fees charged.

For a service contract concluded at a distance that benefits from the right of withdrawal, the period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract. You may notify us of your decision by a clear statement sent to hello@tonsor-cie.com or by post to BELLATORIUS’s registered office. A model withdrawal form is available; using it is optional.

Booking a hairdressing service for a fixed date does not automatically remove this right. If you expressly requested that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period and withdraw after it has begun, only an amount proportionate to the service already provided may be due, subject to the statutory conditions and required prior information. The right is lost after a paid service has been fully performed before the end of the period only if the statutory conditions have been met, including your express consent to begin and your acknowledgement that you will lose the right once the service has been fully performed.

If we cancel your appointment

If we cannot provide the service, we will inform you as soon as possible. You may accept a rescheduled appointment or receive a refund of the sums paid for the service not provided, without prejudice to your other statutory rights and, where applicable, the rules governing advance payments classified as “arrhes” under French law.

Events and private hire

Events and private hire are subject to specific terms in the accepted quotation. The fees for salon appointments do not automatically apply to them.
