Your place in the House
An eye for precision.
French CAP hairdressing qualification required. A BEP or additional qualification is appreciated.
At least two years of professional experience and confident men’s haircutting skills.
Experience with beard care is desirable. New to traditional shaving? We welcome your application. Ongoing training will help you develop your skills.

Salary follows the French hairdressing collective agreement pay scale, based on your classification, qualifications and experience.
+ Tonsor sales bonus: 15% commission on the sales you make. This Tonsor benefit is paid in addition to your salary under the collective agreement.

What type of contract is offered?
A permanent contract (CDI), working 35 hours over four days per week at our Carmes salon in Toulouse.
Will I work every Saturday?
The team’s rotating schedule gives you regular Saturdays off.
What qualifications and experience do I need?
A French CAP hairdressing qualification and at least two years of professional experience are required. A BEP or additional qualification is appreciated.
Do I need to be skilled in traditional shaving?
Beginners in traditional shaving are welcome. Confident men’s haircutting skills are expected, and experience in beard care is desirable. Ongoing training helps you progress.
How is pay determined?
Salary follows the French hairdressing collective agreement pay scale, based on your classification, qualifications and experience. A 15% commission on the sales you make is paid on top of your salary.
